温州区域经济的“虚拟订单教育”研究

将＂敏捷制造＂思想引入高职教育,对＂虚拟订单教育＂进行企业需求与就业导向论证,并提出＂虚拟订单教育＂和＂虚拟订单班＂概念。在分析温州区域经济特征和温州职业技术学院校企合作运作实践的基础上,提出依托行业开展＂虚拟订单教育＂,根据集群人力资源需求状况,开拓校企合作人才培养的思路,以探索企业参与高职教育、推进校企深度合作、促进学生就业的途径。

Research on "Virtual Ordered Education" of Wenzhou Regional Economy

Introducing the view of ＂Agile Manufacturing＂ into vocational education,this paper makes an analysis on ＂virtual ordered education＂ in terms of the requirement of enterprises and employment situation and then it presents the outlook of ＂virtual ordered education＂ and ＂virtual ordered class＂.After discussing Wenzhou regional economic characteristics and the cooperation between Wenzhou Vocational Technical College and enterprises,it puts forward the view of implementing ＂virtual ordered education＂ under the support of industry and the thought of cooperation of colleges and enterprises personnel training in the light of the cluster human resources requirement,which is in the hope of seeking a way for enterprises to participate in vocational education,promoting cooperation of colleges and enterprises and improving students＇ employment rate.
