西方文学与社会伦理关系演变历程简述

文学作为艺术的一种，通过塑造丰富多彩的具体的文学人物，以追求美的方式来满足自己的意欲、需求、效益、功利，具有顽强的执拗的征服精神，文学中对“美”的评价内含着对伦理价值中“善”的判断，人们之间的道德关系，道德感情和道德生活总是文学反映现实生活的永恒不变的主题，而文学家总是按一定的审美理想去干预生活，道德理想就是审美价值标准之一。但这并不意味着文学与伦理可以合而为上，实际上，二者在反映社会现实的目的与对美、善的追求上是相辅相成的。

A brief Account of Relationship between Western Literature and Social Ethicality

As a kind of art, literature pursues aesthetics and describes a variety of colourful char-acters to satisty its desire, requirement, benefit and public interest. Its effects are tenacious, obstinate and overwhelming. Aesthetic criticism in literature contains criticism of good in ethical value. Moral re-lationship, moral emotion, moral life are always eternal subjects by which literature mirrors reality, while literary man always inteferes life with a certain aesthetic ideal. Moral ideal is one of criterion of aesthetic value, hut it doesn' t mean that literature and ethics can be mixed into one thing, in fact, the two supplement each other in its aim to mirror social reality and its pursuing of good and esthics.
