| 摘 要： | 安康乡村公共文化服务供给侧结构改革以问题为导向,以乡贤嵌入、权力下沉、流程再造为机制,通过对乡村文化建设内生主体、治理能力、治理机制、价值观念的培育,解决村域视野下乡村公共文化建设主体缺失、基层组织“悬浮”、供给与需求“两张皮”、重器轻道等偏失,为欠发达地区村域公共文化服务供给侧结构改革提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The issue-oriented supply-side structural reform of rural public cultural services in Ankang,within the framework of"bringing in country squires,devolution of power and process reengineering",has cultivated the endogenous subjects,the capacities and mechanism of governance,and the values of rural public culture.Thus,the problems from a rural perspective,such as lack of subjects for rural public cultural development,ineffective primary-level organizations,mismatch between supply and demand as well as emphasizing practices and ignoring theory construction,have been solved,which affords lessons about the supply-side structural reform of rural public cultural services for the economically disadvantaged areas. |
