高职学生共情能力与应对方式的关系研究

摘    要:高职学生心理健康是建设高水平高职院校不可缺少的部分。研究发现,积极的应对方式有助于个体妥善处理问题情境,促进其健康发展。采用基本共情量表与简易应对方式量表对某高职院校学生的调查分析发现:高职学生的应对方式不存在性别差异,且消极应对得分低于参照常模;就共情能力而言,女生在认知和情感两个维度得分均高于男生;共情能力中的认知共情维度与积极应对方式具有显著正相关;认知共情可以正向预测积极应对方式的选择。

Abstract:The mental health of higher vocational students is an indispensable part of the construction of high-level higher vocational colleges.The study shows that positive coping styles can help individuals properly deal with problem situations and promote their healthy development.Through the investigation and analysis of the students in a higher vocational college by using the basic empathy scale and the simplified coping style scale,it is found that there is no gender difference in the coping style of higher vocational students,and the score of negative coping style is lower than the general level;with regard to the empathy ability,the score of girls in the two dimensions of cognition and emotion are higher than that of boys;the cognitive empathy dimension of empathy ability is positively correlated with positive coping style;cognitive empathy can positively predict the choice of positive coping style.
