应用云计算技术构建区域农业科技开放存取平台

在分析国内外农业OA平台的研究现状与发展趋势的基础上，将青岛地区科技OA资源进行整合，提出基于云计算技术的高交互性的农业科技OA平台的构想，并详细阐述由基础设施服务层、平台服务层、应用服务层以及云客户端组成的体系架构。平台的构建不仅可以融入青岛地区农业科研院所的信息，而且能为这些科研院所以及青岛市基层科技推广人员和农民提供信息服务，为青岛农业信息化发展提供科技支持。

Building of Agricultural Science and Technology OA Platform Based on Cloud Computing

This paper analyzes the research situation and development trend of domestic and internationalagricultural OA platform, integrates science and technology OA resources in Qingdao, proposes the highlyinteractive agricultural science and technology OA platform based on cloud computing and states in detailed thesystem frame composed of infrastructure service layer, platform service layer, application service layer and cloudclient. The platform will not only assimilate the information resources of the agricultural scientific and researchinstitutes, but it also can provide information service for these institutes, grass-roots level staffs promoting scienceand technology and farmers and provide scientific back-up for the development of agriculture information inQingdao.
