“另类”分层分组教学法对跨栏跑技术教学效果实验研究

摘    要:通过对两个无差异组分别采用“另类”分层分组教学法和传统教学法两种不同教学方法进行跨栏跑教学实验,经对其结果分析表明:“另类”分层分组教学法优于传统教学法,主要体现在:“另类”分层分组教学法更有利于提高学生学习的自尊心和自信心,提高竞争意识,增加练习密度等,更能体现以学生为主体,老师为主导的教学原则,更符合教育学发展规律。
