| 摘 要： | 针对当前“婚外恋”现象普遍存在，危害家庭稳定、社会和谐的现实，从法律角度，分析论证在现有婚姻法的框架下通过法律规制来减少“婚外恋”导致婚姻破裂情形的可行性，以期从婚姻家庭法的层面对构建和谐社会进行有益的探索。

| Abstract: | The article,according to the general phenomena of breaking down family's stability and effecting on social harmony caused by extramarital affairs at present,analyzes and demonstrates the feasibility under the framework of existing marriage law-that the breaking marital relation by extramarital affairs will be reduced by the legal regulation,which is a helpful research for building harmonious society from Chinese marriage and family law. |
