| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计等研究方法,对黑龙江省高校教师体育锻炼现状进行了抽样调查,并对获得有关体育消费、体育锻炼时间、形式、项目、体育动机等方面的数据进行了比较分析,提出了增进高校教师健康的对策和建议。
