| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of mining engineering characteristics,a plan for educating and training outstanding mining engineers is constituted,the construction and teaching management of double type teachers in teaching base and the practice teaching are analyzed retrospectively.At last,the existing problems and the solutions to these problems are put forward. |
