| 摘 要： | 高校教学秘书作为教学院长(系、部主任)的助手,直接参与教学管理工作,无疑是高校教学管理队伍中的主力军之一。本文通过对乌鲁木齐地区部分高校教学秘书队伍现状和问题的分析,提出加强高校教学秘书队伍建设的措施。

| Abstract: | As an assistant of a dean of a university department,the teaching secretary directly participates in the teaching supervisory work,without doubt he is one of the main members of teaching management.Through the analysis to some universities teaching secretary present situation and the questions to them,this article proposed some smeasures to the construction of universities teaching secretaries. |
