心理契约在击剑运动队管理中的效用研究

摘    要:
运用管理学相关理论,阐述了心理契约在击剑运动队管理中的重要性,并指出其具体的应用绩效体现在以下四个方面:1)培养击剑运动员的集体归属感;2)利于提高击剑运动队的管理绩效;3)利于我国击剑运动的长盛不衰;4)引导并促进优秀击剑选手的"自我实现"。

Abstract:
In this paper,the author expounds the concept of psychological contract with some management theories.After analyzing the importance of building the psychological contract in our sports team management program,the author probes into the effect and construction of it.The four effects of psychological contract focus on :1) to cultivate fencing players' sense of belongingness to fencing sports team;2) to improve the efficiency of management;3) to make the development of this game more better and better;4) to lead the fencing athlete to realize his own value.
