| Abstract: | The author expounds that science editors in 21th century should master synthetic information characters and abilities, such as right information consciousness, abundant information knowledge, information disposal ability, rich specialty knowledge, high foreign level and computer techniques. The objectives and methods of cultivating editors' information characters are discussed in this paper. |
