| 摘 要： | 骨干教师作为中小学教师队伍中的重要人群,其内涵、角色及素养等问题很值得深入研究。日常所说的“骨干教师”有多重不同意义,在学校里与普通教师之间的角色定位也有多种可能,其现有的素养有一定局限性,尤其是在教育科研方面,需要倡导非功利性的科研风气,以全方位发挥骨干教师的作用,并促进其自身可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Lead teachers is an important group in the teaching force of elementary and secondary school teachers. This paper analyses the different meanings, roles and competence of lead teachers, and gives some suggestion such as improving lead teacher s' research skills, encouraging them to have more good influence on others, and helping them to have sustainable professional development. |
