| 摘 要： | 从社会政治层面分析开展国防教育的现实背景:国防教育的必须性;现实性:国防教育的可能性;提出了国防教育的支点构建:国防教育如何实现。认为应首先构建观念支点,实现三个转变,其次是要构建机制支点,建立三种机制。
