| Abstract: | There has been disagreement on the legal nature of the action of assignment of the land-use right in academic field and in practice since it got independent legal status. This article explains that the action of assignment of the land-use right is civil juristic act according to the character of legal relationship formed by assigning the land-use right and the cause of dissonance in the legal nature of the action of assignment of the land-use right. |
