| 摘 要： | 从组织学的视角看,官僚组织的现存危机、教育组织研究的启示以及教师教育的内在问题都是亟需对教师教育的官僚组织范式进行变革的逻辑依据。网络组织作为一种新兴的高效的组织范式,在欧美国家的教师教育中日益兴起,并且得到了实践证明和发展。在网络组织必将取代官僚组织的趋势下,把握网络组织的内涵、特征、变革条件和变革因素,推动教师教育的组织范式向网络组织范式变革,具有深远的意义。
