本文针对我国知识产权内部诸法各成体系，各种权利构成要件不同，各自从不同角度对智力成果进行保护，而造成的交叉与冲突作了简略的剖析和探讨，力求在理论上提出智力成果保护的问题。

Some Issues of the Intellectual Property Right in China

In China today, laws concrning intellectual property rights are from their individual systems,the requisites to coanstitute the rights vary greatly and the protection of intellectual productions is from different angles, therefore, conflicts and intersections are often made. The thesis analyses and discusses the conflicts and the intersections briefly, striving to advance theoretically the issues of intellectual productions.
