| Abstract: | Since providing service for science and technology innovation in university by university library becomes more and more important when development model of university is transferring from single teaching to research, some new specific methods and effective measures for how to service better science and technology innovation in university by university library in this paper were put forward, as well as the role and position of university library in science and technology innovation in university were further emphasized. |
