| Abstract: | Small and medium-sized enterprises have to continuously carry out technological innovation in order to survive,develop and grow.The paper,from the perspective of technological innovation,discusses the problems in small-and medium-sized enterprises’ technology innovation and proposes the countermeasures to enhance the technological innovation capability through the analysis of the characteristics,the current situation and constraints of technological innovation of small-and medium-sized enterprises. |
