| 摘 要： | 农村人才是我国农村发展中坚力量，加大农村人才培养的力度，形成有规模的人才资源，是我国农村走向现代化、信息化时代的希望所在，是有效转移农村劳动力的重要保障。本文主要探讨当前我国各地在培养农村人才过程中普通采用的一些培养模式，以及农村人才培养的创新路径。

To train more qualified persons in the rural area is the hope of our country's rural area in the modern society and information age, and it is an important guarantee for transferring rural labour force. This text chiefly inquires into the universal model in the course of the qualified person's training as well as the innovation route of the qualified person's training in the rural area. |
