| Abstract: | As the development of the society, the requirement of teacher's role is more and more complicated. Teacher should initiatively understand the role's scene, correctly treat the work's pressure, and keep body and mental healthy. Moreover teacher must constantly promote character education and cultivate the students completely developed with innovated sprit to suit the requirement of occupation development. |
