| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育大众化的实现，大学生就业环境日趋激烈。就业中的性别歧视是一个不可忽视的社会问题。探讨和分析女大学生就业中的性别歧视不仅仅是回答女大学生何以就业难的问题，而且对营造两性平等竞争、就业机会平等的劳动力市场环境具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | With the realization of China's popularization of higher education,college students employment environment is becoming increasingly fierce.Sex discrimination in employment is a social problem that can not be overlooked.Discussion and analysis of female college student sex discrimination in employment is not just female college students to answer why the problem of employment,but also to create gender equality competition,equal employment opportunities and labor market conditions is of great significance. |
