《物权法》遗失物拾得制度的缺陷与完善

《物权法》明确规定了遗失物拾得制度，但存在着很多明显的缺陷，包括在权利人追回遗失物时向受让人支付的费用范围不具体、拾得人或公安等有关部门的义务履行不明确、遗失物的保管方式与处理方法不科学等问题。因此，应当借鉴其他国家和地区相关规定进行修改完善，通过司法解释加以明确规定。
