| 摘 要： | 运用环境综合评价指标系统进行环境发展水平的综合评价和对比分析，是环境核算体系的重要内容。环境综合评价指标系统与环境核算体系的框架一致，分7个子系统，由众多综合性指标构成。子系统可用改进的层次分析法赋权；通过计算各子系统的组指数，进而计算出综合指数，可以对被核算总体的环境发展水平进行综合评价和对比分析。

| Abstract: | An indicator system for the comprehensive appreciation of environment is the essence of the system for environment counting. Similar to the latter in frame, the indicator system covers 7 subsystems which are composed of numerous comprehensive indicators. The subsystem can be weighted by modified step analysis. By calculating the group index of subsystem and then the comprehensive index number, the comprehensive appreciation and the comparative analysis can be conducted on the level of the environmental development of the population to be counted. |
