高等学校高水平运动队建设的组织创新

运用回顾性综述研究方法,对国内关于高水平运动队建设问题进行探讨,发现以往的研究主要集中在“现状调查”与“指导思想”两个方面探讨此问题,并没有从组织理论的高度上对高水平运动队建设组织内部管理进行深入探究。因此,本文从跨学科的角度,运用组织理论的学科知识探究高水平运动队建设组织创新问题,并提出理论假设,希望能够为高等学校高水平运动队建设与发展提供崭新的思路。

Organization Innovation of Institution of Higher Sport-Team in the University

By the methods of literature search to study on the Institution about Higher Sport-Team in our university,we find out some research are focus on both present situation research and steering idea about this question.In order to exploring it within institution management Higher Sport-Team,This paper bring forward theory hypothesis about the organization innovation of the institution about Higher Sport-Team in the university according to some knowledge of organization theory,so we hope that this study can provide some new ideas to study institution of Higher Sport-Team,and to impulse on the development of Higher Sport-Team in the university.
