农村职业教育现状分析与对策——以新民农村职业教育现状为例

以新民农村职业教育的现状与对策分析为研究起点，从结构层次与规模、开展模式、人力资源概况及运行机制四个方面对农村职业教育现状进行了总结与梳理，并对当前农村职业教育存在的问题进行总结与概括，从构建职业教育体系模型、建立评估体系等六大方面对农村职业教育的改革与发展提出对策性建议，以期能够为缓解“三农”问题与推动城市化进程服务。

On the Current Situation of Rural Vocational Education and the Countermeasures --Taking the Current Situation of Rural Vocational Education in Xinmin as an Example

With the current situation of rural vocational education and the analysis of countermeasures in Xinmin as the starting point, the current situation of rural vocational education has been summarized from four aspects： the layer of structure and scale, unfolding model, overview of human resources and operation mechanism. The current problems in rural vocational education has also been summed up, and the proposals for the reformation and development of rural vocational education are offered from six aspects including the construction of the vocational education model and the establishment of evaluating system, aiming to serve for solving the problems of villagers, countryside and agriculture, and ac, celerating the progress of urbanization.
