高校实验人员的知识传导机理与促进策略

摘    要:高校实验人员实验教学具有特殊的知识传导职能,借助实验情境和器材,通过示范讲解以及组织实验活动,有效地向学生传导陈述性知识、程序性知识、隐性知识、非编码知识、元知识.但是,高校实验人员知识传导中面临实验室条件欠缺、信息不对称性、实验人员教学素质欠缺、知识供给动力激励机制缺乏等制约因素.促进实验人员知识传导的策略,是加强实验室建设、评估实验人员知识传导绩效、开发实验人员教学素质和构建知识供给激励机制.

Abstract:The experimental staff in colleges and universities has the special functions of knowledge transmission.They effectively transmit declarative knowledge,procedural knowledge,tacit knowledge,non-code knowledge,and metaknowledge by situation,equipment,demonstration,explanation,and organization.They face restraining factors such as bad-laboratory conditions,information asymmetry,low quality of experimental staff,and lack of inspire mechanism of supplying knowledge.The strategies to promote them to transmit know...
