| 摘 要： | 高校网上竞价系统作为规范高校零星采购的有效方式,显示了不同于传统采购方式的明显优势,但是在实践中也存在一些问题.该文就个人对使用网上竞价系统过程中发现的问题进行了思考和分析,并提 出了相应的解决方法与对策.

| Abstract: | As an effective method normalizing dispersive procurement in universities,the price competition by network shows the obvious advantage different from the traditional procurement mode,but it has also some problems.This article analyses these problems in the process of using the system,and puts forwards ideas and countermeasures for solving these problems. |
