谈音乐教育专业教学管理中的几个问题

针对音乐专业的特点，结合实际工作经验，对音乐教育专业教学管理中存在的问题提出建议。认为只有从学生的实际出发，因材施教，培养学生的学习兴趣，合理安排课程的设置与考试，科学安排教育实习时间等，才能真正提高音乐教育专业人才的质量，才能更好地满足社会各方面对音乐人才的需求。

On the Problems in Teaching Management of Music Education Major

In allusion to the features of music major, some suggestions are put forward to solve the problems in the teaching management of music education major, combining with the practical working experience. It is pointed out that to truly improve the quality of talents in music education major and to better meet the needs from all social fields, some measures should be taken： teaching students in accordance of their aptitude and selecting teaching materials scientifically, instructing students to learn scientifically, cultivating students＇ interest in learning, arranging courses and examinations reasonably and scheduling the educational practice well.
