| 摘 要： | 论述了目前我国高校在科研经费管理中存在的主要问题是管理不到位、支出不合理、固定资产流失等;分析了产生的原因;针对这些问题提出几点建议。指出高校应成立科研经费管理领导小组、完善管理制度、严格固定资产购置程序、加强监督检查等,真正最大限度地发挥科研经费的作用。

| Abstract: | The main problems existing in the management of the scientific research funding in colleges and universities are analyzed to be the inadequateness of the management,the irrationality of the expenditure and the wastage of the fixed assets. In the light of these problems,the causes are explored and some suggestions are put forward.It is pointed out that colleges and universities should set up leading group of scientific research funding,perfect the management system,strictly control the purchasing procedures of fixed assets,as well as strenghten the supervised and inspective process in order to maximize the role of scientific research funding. |
