摘    要:师范结构调整后培养高学历的小学教师任务由高等院校初等教育专业承担,初等教育专业课程设置对培养目标的实现至关重要。当前课程设置呈现多元并存态势,其主要原因是处于师范结构调整过渡时期,对初等教育的培养模式、高等教育学术性等问题认识上存在困惑,课程设置研究相对滞后,应从前瞻性、整合性、合理性、辐射性四方面实现初等教育的课程设置整体优化,同时要体现初等教育专业的特点。

Abstract:After the adjustment of the structure of the normal school, the task of training primary school teachers withhigher academic credentials is carried on by the specialty of elementary education in institutions of higher learning.The courses to be offered to the specialty of elementary education are of great importance to the realization of the goalof training. The diversity of the curriculum at present is mainly the result of the perplexity in the understanding of themode of training and the science of higher education in this period of the adjustment of the structure of normal educa-tion. Relatively speaking, the research in the offering of courses is lagging behind. The courses should be offered withforesightedness, comprehensiveness and reasonableness taken into consideration. The characteristics of elementary ed-ucation should also be taken into account.
