我国城镇社区养老问题研究

随着人口老龄化加剧、家庭养老的功能弱化、机构养老资源严重短缺等问题的出现,养老问题已经成为一个重大的社会问题,社区养老模式的各优势表明,这种模式将是解决养老问题的一个突破口。但同时社区养老模式在启动、运行、评估过程中面临着诸多的问题,需要相应的一系列对策来解决。

A Study of Community Pension Problem in Chinas Cities and Towns

With the intensification of the population aging,the weakening of the family pension function,the acute shortages of institutional pension resources,the pension problem have become a major social one.The advantages of community pension mode show that this mode will be a breakthrough to solve the pension problem.However,this mode is facing with many problems in the process of its start,operation and evaluation,so a series of countermeasures are needed to solve accordingly.
