| 摘 要： | 为了提高应用化学专业本科毕业论文的教学质量,同时缓解学生就业实习和毕业论文时间冲突的矛盾,探索了本科毕业论文校企联合教学的新型培养模式。论述了联合培养模式的实施情况,管理办法及其效果和作用。实践表明:在该培养模式下本科毕业论文的教学质量明显提高,学生毕业论文优良率达89. 7%,大大超过平均水平;同时这种新型的培养模式及其相应的管理模式面向社会、面向科研和生产实践,充分利用社会的师资力量和先进的仪器设备,开拓学生视野,提高了学生综合素质,为学生就业开辟了新途径。毕业论文校企联合培养模式是对传统方式的补充和丰富,进一步完善了本科生培养教育体系,具有明显的特色和优势。
