| 摘 要： | 科研仪器设备开放共享,对于地方高校合理配置资源、提高资源使用效率具有重要意义。分析了地方高校科研仪器开放共享存在的问题及其成因,在教育部办公厅《关于加强高等学校科研基础设施和科研仪器开放共享的指导意见》的指导下,通过对国外高校相关经验的借鉴,提出了解决地方高校科研仪器开放共享存在问题的若干对策建议,为地方高校开展该项工作提供一些有益的参考。
