| 摘 要： | 教学与科研的均衡发展是我国青年教师在自身培养过程中较难把握的问题。在高校的竞争环境中,面对科研、评职及生活负担等问题,很多青年教师往往以牺牲教学质量为代价,将更多的精力投入到科研中。这样做一方面降低了教学效率,阻碍了教学能力的提升;另一方面对科研的过度专注使得教师的潜意识还停留在学生时期,缺乏教学过程中应有的使命感和责任感,难以在短时间内完成从学生到大学教师的角色转变。结合当前高校创新创业背景,从青年教师自身发展的角度,阐述青年教师面临的主要问题与挑战,并以国外高校青年教师素质提升的研究为例,提出青年教师的师德、教研能力、科研能力、正确的科研观与教学观培养,国际化意识与能力培养、青年教师自身创新能力及促进学生创新意识培养的六维培养模式。得出聆听与博爱共存,教学与科研并重,人才培养与科学研究相依的结论。
