冷战结束后 ,国际社会的共同利益更加突出 ,国际法的主体领域愈益扩大 ,尤其是个人、特殊群体、法人和非政府组织等在国际法中的作用和影响的日益增强 ,文章阐述了国际法特殊主体的概念 ,和此概念出现的必然性和他们存在的客观事实 ,提出了将国际法特殊主体纳入国际法主体的范畴

On the Special Subject of International Law

After the Cold War, the common profits of the world have become more prominent and the main-part field of international law has extended to a larger degree, and the influences of individuals, special collectives, legal persons, and non-governmental organizations are enhanced. Their importance can be ignored in the international law. This paper describes the definition of special subjects of international law, sets forth the inevitability that this definition must appear as well as the objective fact why they must exist, and points out that special subjects of the international law should be brought into the main part of the international law.
