| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义和谐文化是构建和谐社会的重要保证和必然要求,是综合国力的重要体现,并为社会主义现代化建设提供道德支撑。建设和谐文化是一项系统工程,必须通过创新文化体制,正确处理坚持文化继承与文化创新的关系,坚持实事求是、积极创新、以人为本的基本原则来实现。

| Abstract: | The construction of socialist harmonious culture is an important guarantee and necessity demand to construct a harmonious society,which represents the comprehensive national power of socialist country,and provides a morality sustentation for socialist modernization construction in China.For the sake of the realization of the construction of socialist harmonious culture,people have to innovate the culture system,deal with the relation between cultural inheritance and cultural innovation in correct way,and persist the three basic principles in seeking truth from facts,innovation,and the values of people-oriented. |
