| 摘 要： | 高校的学生思想政治工作既要讲原则性又要讲人情性，要“以人为本”。要做到有人情味，就必须采用心灵互动的工作方法。要自己有情，深入学生，了解学生的“忧”与“乐”；要设身处地为学生着想，关爱他们，帮助他们；要及时了解和把握学生的心理变化规律。
