后发赶超视域下贵州中小学教师师德自律之养成——基于黔东南州中小学的调查分析 |

摘 要: | 贵州中小学教师养成师德自律习惯是实现贵州教育事业后发赶超目标的重要保证。通过对贵州中小学教师师德自律现状的调查,查找部分中小学教师师德自律意识不足的影响因素,本文提出了加强贵州中小学教师师德自律养成的四种方法,即自我反思法、慎独法、崇尚榜样法与自警自励法。
