| 摘 要： | 文化的发展与传承依赖于教育,教育是人类文化传承的唯一途径。多元文化整合教育为民族文化的传承与发展奠定了理论基础。要树立多元文化整合教育理念,通过构建具有民族特色的多元文化课程体系、培养师资队伍和实施多样化的教育手段,促进民族文化的传承与发展。

| Abstract: | Cultural inheritance and development depend on education which is the only way to inherit human culture.Multicultural integrated education has laid a theoretical foundation for inheritance and development of ethnic cultures.We should uphold the concept of multicultural integrated education,construct multicultural curriculum with ethnic characteristics,develop teaching body and adopt various methods in education to promote inheritance and development of ethnic cultures. |
