| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法与数理统计法,对背向旋转掷铁饼的普修教学进行了分组轮换式循环练习法的实验研究。通过对实验组和对照组实验结果的对比分析,研究结果表明：该方法在普修课基本技术教学中的运用是可行的,且效果显著（其P值〈0.05）,能迅速提高教学质量。

| Abstract: | With the aid of the methods of literature analysis,logical analysis and mathematical statistic analysis,the essay presented an experimental study,named as Grouping Cyclical Practice,on the skills teaching of general discuss throw course.According to comparative analysis of results of the experiment group and contrast group,the results reveal that the method is feasible and the effect is remarkable（its p-value all is bigger than 0.05 by far）,and the method can remarkably improve the teaching quality. |
