| Abstract: | The implementation of people＇s mediation law marks that people＇s mediation work has gone into the development track of standardization and legalization.The scholars think that the people＇s mediation law,as the generalization and refinement of our people＇s long work experience of mediation,will exert a more important role in handling civil disputes timely,efficiently,and safely,and promoting the construction of the harmonious socialist society. |
