| Abstract: | This paper researches the usage of de auxiliary in legal language,finds out whether the structure modified by de is fixed or not,and then compares de word structure between the spoken language and the written language,and thereby understanding the functions of grammar and the concrete applications of de word structure in modern Chinese. |
