港口柔性服务创新机理

随着社会经济环境的变化,港口的功能和定位也逐步发生着变化,亟需基于快速反应、适应和改变环境的柔性思想,实施港口服务创新,提高服务水平。根据柔性思想理念和港口服务内容,分析港口柔性服务创新的内涵,研究了港口柔性服务创新的四维度模型及其驱动机理。提出港口柔性服务创新源于港口外部环境和内部环境的驱动,其内生机理包括港口企业服务特性的激励以及现代技术因素和劳动力因素的触动;其外生机理是为了满足国际市场竞争和客户特殊服务的需求。

Research on innovation mechanism of flexible port service
