| 摘 要： | 随着中国社会的改革进程，民间体育社团发展迅猛，管理水平也不断提高，并在全民健身和社会进步中发挥着越来越广泛的作用。但民间体育社团的管理机制还有待进一步加强和完善。国家体育行政部门在培育发展民间体育社团的过程中，应构建系统化运作机制，以形成良性循环。

| Abstract: | Nongovernmental sports organizations and their management have developed greatly along with the social reform in China.As a result,these organizations play a positive role in people's health and social advance.But their management still needs to be improved and perfected.This paper suggests that the national sports administrative department should build up a systematized running system in order to form a virtuous circle in bringing up and developing those organizations. |
