| 摘 要： | 图书馆是"没有围墙的学校",是国家科学文化教育事业的一部分.图书馆事业已经为我国两个文明建设做出了突出的贡献.面对实施科教兴国的历史重任,图书馆必须利用其良好的社会性、公益性声誉,优越的地理位置,充足的文献资料和较好的设施,为社会提供更好的社会教育服务.

| Abstract: | Library is a fenceless university, a part of nation science and culture education career. Construction of library has impelled our nation's Two Civilization Construction. Being confronted with historic task of revitalizing China through science and education, library should be used to provide high qualitied social education service by taking advantage of its good sociality, fame of commonweal, convenient traffic, abundant literature resources and excellent facilities. |
