摘    要:本文以中国地质大学(武汉)的矿产(能源)资源勘查工程国家级教学团队为例,从团队形成的悠久历史、优化的构成和依托的国家级重点学科和学术平台、取得的众多研究成就以及重要的学术活力等角度入手,积极地探索如何将高水平的科研成果很好地转化为教学资源,服务于本科生的教学工作。柔性地将高水平、高层次的研究成果用于和强化本科专业的建设,从而快速提升国家级教学团队的教学水平,体现出团队的带动作用,并成为教学团队发展、壮大、提高的不竭动力;同时对理顺科研与教学的关系、探讨与提高教学水平明显具有探索性和示范性。

Abstract:In this paper, taking the national teaching team of mineral (energy) resources prospecting engineering in China University of Geosciences as an example, we firstly describe the long history of the team, the optimized composition, the advantage of national key subject, high level academic platform, numerous achievements, important academic vigor, and etc.. Based on all the aspects, we actively explore the ways to transform scientific achievements to teaching resources, have it served on the teaching work of undergraduates, and flexibly apply high level research achievements on the undergraduate fields construction, in order to promptly enhance the teaching standard of national level teaching team and show the driving effect of a team. Meanwhile, this work has obvious exploratory and exemplary meaning for coordinating relations between scientific and teaching work and improve teaching standard. Therefore, an excellent national level teaching team must well transform high level scientific achievements to teaching resources, and make it the inexhaustible driving force for the developing, strengthening, and improving of the team.
