地质工程本科创新人才培养体系的改革与实践

本文探索了新形势下地质工程创新人才的培养理念,依托国家重点实验室、教学团队建设和四项管理机制等措施全面构建了该专业的培养体系,并据此通过修订人才培养方案,进一步推进学科建设,构建了＂一三五＂实践教学体系,并且通过一系列的平台建设使得该培养体系得以实现。

Reform and Practice of Innovative Talents Training System of Undergraduates in Geological Engineering

Based on state key laboratory,teaching team building and four management mechanisms,this paper explores the new idea of innovative talents training in geological engineering under the new situation,then revises the training program,promotes the discipline construction,establishes ＂One,Three,Five＂ practice education system.The training system has been achieved already through a series of platform construction.
