| 摘 要： | 目前,高校辅导员队伍建设面临着很好的发展机遇。我们要充分认识辅导员工作的重要性,客观分析目前辅导员队伍建设存在的主要问题,与时俱进,在辅导员管理体制、工作运行机制、选聘配备、发展规划以及职责定位等关键环节采取有效措施,着力建设一支和谐务实的辅导员队伍。

| Abstract: | It is a good opportunity to establish high-quality counselor's team of university today.We should keep up with the times,analyze completely the current situation,be aware of the importance of university's counselors and realize clearly the main problems so as to adopt effective measures to build up healthy counselor's managing system,effective working system,good counselor's employing system and so on.Only by doing these can a harmonious and practical team of university counselors be established. |
