| Abstract: | The confession system is of great importance for encouraging the Rehabilitation of the criminals,for saving the legal resources and promoting the efficiency in legal practice.The applicable object and conditions of the confession of extra crimes have special characteristics.The understanding of "other crimes" should especially be handed with combined punishment,and also must be understood in light of the evidence and proceedings. |
